Our policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
